about me

I was born in Calgary Alberta, Canada in 1966. I have lived in most corners of Calgary, an Indian reservation, Grande Prairie AB and Teepee Creek Alberta. I have two children with my first husband and a step daughter with my husband now. All three are adults and living great lives. We have one grandson with whom we adore.

Life has gotten complex and a little bit scary. I don't know who you are, but i bet you are looking for something to anchor to. Something that gives you a feeling of safety and security. Maybe some answers to some spiritual stuff and what the future could be bringing for you. That was me, and no matter what I found or did, it might have worked for a little bit but then I was back to the beginning of feeling complicated, confused and overwhelmed again. I looked everywhere from marriage, babies, money, living off grid, becoming a shaman, psychic/medium, housewife, artists, working girl, to finally.... just me. 

Becoming just me, Pat was not easy. I had to work hard at letting go of a lot of hidden programs, ideals and survival patterns that I had created over time. 

Now I am in a place of peace and true happiness and am experiencing the  supernatural world in living color.  Our family is prospering, our bank accounts are growing and yet we are not working harder. Just differently.
